This website is a repository of the intellectual property created by Bill Matthews over a long career in helping small businesses.
It includes proprietary projects that are currently under development for specific clients, prospects, and partners.

Background Information
Bill served as an executive and officer for a "Fortune 500" company and President of a financial services organization before he helped establish Aileron (www.aileron.org), a not-for-profit organization that operates from a 100+ acre campus near Dayton, Ohio. Aileron was made possible by the generosity of Clay Mathile, former Owner of The Iams Company, and has provided guidance to thousands of privately held businesses since 1996.
After retiring, Bill wrote the book, Five P's to a "WOW!" Business (Sound Wisdom Publishing), which describes a simple, sequential, repeatable system for running a business. The Five P System is based on his experiences while working with hundreds of organizations during a consulting career that spanned three decades.
Through a licensing arrangement, Bill's intellectual property is now being delivered under a private label by Sandler Systems, the world's largest management and sales training company.
In addition to Sandler and its franchisees, Bill has invited some of his trusted friends and former colleagues to deliver certain content under his original brand, the "WOW!" Five P System of Professional Management.
To assist business owners in implementing the Five P System, he created an online, on-demand, self-paced program which consists of dozens of videos and accompanying exercises. The service is being delivered by a public-private ecosystem that includes industry, academia, and government to rapidly advance innovative defense and commercial applications.
Some of his intellectual property is being used in college/university Entrepreneurship programs, and for the rehabilitation of inmates who would like to start their own businesses after being released from incarceration. In addition, his professional management model is part of the APEX 100 professional management system to improve performance and efficiency in the Orthotics and Prosthetics industry.
Bill has also authored two other books.
